Cancellation and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible on +371 27128741 and have your order number ready.
Before preparation
If the kitchen has not started preparing the order, it can normally be cancelled in full.
After preparation begins
Once preparation has begun or the order is with the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible because the food was made specifically for you.
Card refunds
An approved cancellation automatically initiates a Stripe refund to the original payment method. Bank processing may take several business days. If an invoice was issued, we create a credit note.
